Localized interface no longer showing #167

As per this forum thread:
https://groups.google.com/d/topic/recaptcha/o-YdYJlnRVM/discussion, the "lang" 
option in "RecaptchOptions" seems to be ignored for choosing the widget's 
language.

Instead, the solution is to append a new parameter to the challenge URL, as 
per: https://groups.google.com/forum/#!msg/recaptcha/o-YdYJlnRVM/RciK7IEPmRkJ

Attached is a patch to fix this. Only applies to PHP library.
