Getting Error 500 on reCaptcha Code #174

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Copy "example-captcha.jsp"'s code
2. Launch webpage WITH Tomcat enabled
3. Get 500 error

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

reCaptcha HTML/Error 500

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Windows 7 , reCaptcha done in Eclipse

Please provide any additional information below
instead on using 2 JSP pages i used a JSP page to display the servet and for 
server side i wrote the code in servlet i have attched my jsp file and servlet 
file
