Language Support in DOTNET lib doesn't work

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add this script to the page: <script type="text/javascript">
            var RecaptchaOptions = {
                theme : 'white',
                lang : 'de',
                tabindex : 0
            }; </script>

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Captcha only in english.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.0.4.0

Please provide any additional information below.

Two ways to fix the problem!
1. way: Remove the js script generation in the RenderContents.
2. way:
