Hi @DanielAltamirano, Thank you and David Paquette for this utility. I have upgraded your repo to .Net Core 3.1 LTS including other packages across solution. Will you be open for a PR? I will be more than happy to contribute to your repo.

My changes are ready for EF Core 3.1.1.
