Pretty quick and dirty, but this seems to work on my 5.1.1 AOSP ROM to allow me to select the route icon on an address in the contacts app and have AddressToGPS field it properly. For me, this resolves the issue I opened a little while ago https://github.com/DanielBarnett714/AddressToGPS/issues/9

Easiest way would be for this pull request to be accepted and then a new version tag be applied to the main repository so that F-Droid knows they should pull and rebuild.

Thanks just merged it, will tag a new release. Sorry I haven't been active lately. School and work take up a ton of time.
