If no sync_dir is specified, open default folder location #27

In the open onedrive folder action open the default sync folder location ~/OneDrive instead of failing when sync_dir is not specified in the config file

actually I noticed that the option doesn't seem to work at all without the PR and with the PR it always opens the default directory

actually I noticed that the option doesn't seem to work at all without the PR and with the PR it always opens the default directory

this happened because I passed the argument as --confdir=~/some/path fixed now in the PR
