Github Actions - build artifact #2

This pull-request contains the github actions to build an artifact (Including png's from brockhaus.org). It will build every time a new commit is pushed to the main branch, and produce an artifact that could be uploaded/used in a release.

Will figure out how to automate releases at a later point.

In order to make it work, I had to restructure the repository a little and move things around and merge your new highres branch into main, not ideal, but that's just how it is for now =).
