Every time a feature is tested the results of that test must be recorded here in a test results register.

Testing Method from testing plan Passed
1 open a new issue the results template should be available [yes]
2 fill out the template and submit yes

Test Notes and Error Details:

the template was available and I could fill it out there is also a submit new issue button

Post refactor notes:

hmmm these should be comments on the issue not in the template

well look at that git hub takes care of the Tested By, guess i can delete that. TOO BAD IT DOESNT TIME STAMP>>> days ago isnt really that help full
