Angular 5 -> Angular 6 Migration

• [x] Use RxJS Lint autofixers to fix all non-compliant code to favor new pipe() strategy for operators.
• [x] ~Consider AoT compilation for increased speed/performance~ We've been doing AoT the whole time with the --prod flag in package.json
• [x] Update all packages to remove hoek vulnerability if possible.

@scaspers, if you have the ability, please deploy these builds to CA tomorrow so that we can smoke these out before you go live.

This will give us a chance to 100% vet that they are go to market ready.

I didn't spot any issues testing everything in Chrome.
