Recommended Services - Contact from RS #36

Background This issue was descoped from #25 based on a conversation with @scaspers and I. We decided it would be best to hold off on this feature and centralize all of the communication touchpoints with the customer to the left sidenav. We will further backfill with analytics on those links while we determine what is best to provide.

Requirements

  1. The user should be able to contact the store directly from a recommended service.
  2. The user should be able to select their communication medium (call/text/email)
  3. The user should have a pre-filled communication start in reference from the recommended service which generated it.

@scaspers, @YoMurphy sounds good. Only items marked with "v2.0" milestone are still up for consideration at this time.

Going forward, it might be better for us to make milestones aligned with calendar year and quarter to make it better communicated as to the relative priority of an issue, such as "2021 Q2", "2021.2" or something like that
