Use lightly colored panes around the LOF text in the card to accentuate if it is coming due soon, in light yellow or orange, and when it is estimated as past due in light red. Black text will still be used.

also rename to "next oil change due"

Assigned to @scaspers for API support for exposing percentage. Current rendering is completely faked percentage between 70 and 190 to simulate real data.
