Didn't compile #383

hello,

I tried to compile ols (ubuntu) and I got this following message:

LLVM Error: invalid PostOrderFunctionAttrs pass parameter 'skip-non-recursive'

How did you compile Odin? You most likely have an old llvm version. Try llvm 17.
