Casting is LOCKED for a JA #165

I've updated the EliteAPI and EliteMMO.API to the most recent versions, and when I try to start CurePlease with the addon enabled, with casting packets, I constantly get this message. If I turn off JAs, I get the message "Casting is UNLOCKED", and the PL loops in this way, casting nothing.
