Hello, I've never used cureplease before but now I have an alt I want to Automate tasks like curing, geo bubbles, and JA's and NA spells.

  1. I downloaded Cureplease_addon and was able to //lua load CurePlease_addon.
  2. Where are all the settings for cureplease stored? There is no settings.XML file with this Repository.
  3. If I wanted to make any changes, which file do I navigate to?
  4. How do I actually start the addon? Theres no help and the readme doesn't give any instruction..

Sorry for asking newbie questions, but this information isn't so up front and i'm trying to get my GEO to cure and also do GEO tings.

Update: So the Download file included did not have the .exe file. I go to Selected PL and Select the character I want to be healing and doing debuffs n geo spells

  1. I go to Monitoring and select the character i want to be healed.
  2. Please see folder. I was on a video chat with a friend who sent me his folder( his works fine and I followed instructions but mine does not work, even though I have done the same settings as him..
  3. The Party 1 does not Load. Please see screenshot. For Safety purposes I left out my character names CUREPLS NOT WORKING

If the download didn’t include the exe then you’ve pulled the source code not a release.

Always download a release.

There are a number of MS C++ and .NET packages required to support the application. Along with Network/Firewall changes. The app also requires the latest EliteMMO DLLs to operate correctly. These will NOT always be up to date in a given release as they’re not managed by this repo. You will need to source these yourself.

The addon should never be loaded manually in game this is loaded and configured within the app itself.

What you’ve opened is a “I don’t know how thing works” issue - this isn’t an issue with the application this is a PICNIC issue.

To help you out as best I can (I am not an expert).

Like @camosaan said, you'll need the .dll files added to the folder where the application is stored. Not sure what a PICNIC issue is tho. I had to do the same thing, as when I first downloaded the addon, as it did not come with the correct files, or they were outdated. There are two files you will need to download and add.

Inside the folder you downloaded is an "Addons (DragDrop Internal Folder)" you will need to go into that and copy and paste over the Windower or Ashita addon file into the correct addon folder for your launcher.

You can then just open Cure Please with the Application .exe in the folder itself.

I also have questions about using Cure Please (CP) as far as peoples personal settings for curing. I find some of the settings a little confusing.
I have also had issues where the character will constantly cast a specific cure or Flurry 2 ect. repeatedly on the same person over and over again.

Anyway, hope this helps you out @peterk426.

Hey guys thank you for response. A friend gave me his Files for the Cureplease. At first it wasn't launching and I updated the API filed. After I updated the API files it started working. But after about 1-10 minutes, itll crash. Every time. not sure where to go from here.
