5 years ago Accession/Perpetuance spells will always be set on the PL. This is why I set the Accession/Perpetuance to only work when the PL buff is enabled. I may eventually set this to the monitored player, but it will only be possible for one of those two characters.
The previous method of AUTO > PL is no longer used.
The Cure think I knew could be a problem, but as you say in most cases a Cure is more often than not necessary, only case it may be untrue is if you are not the main healer. I can look into adding an option to set it above Cure priority.
Sadly, SquareEnix didn't add a way to know what Refresh is currently active, the same problem happens with Haste II and Haste, and bard spells. Unless SquareEnix changed this then the only way would be chat log reading which would be way too taxing on the system and prone to faults. That said, I may look into whether it would be possible using the addon, but this is no guarantee, as time to work on this bot is really limited at the moment.

I am currently on SCH Main, Under the enhancing tab I have selected under the PL Buffs section: Regen V, Protect, Shell, Phalanx, Stoneskin, Adloquium.
On the left side, I have have Cast Auto set to Regen V, Protect Tier V, Shell Tier V. On the Scholar Ability Enhancing subform page, I have selected Accession for Regen, Phalanx, Stoneskin, and Adloquium.
On the Job abilities page, I have Light Arts, Addendum White, and Accession, and Perpetuance selected.
However, and this is where things get odd. I saw the previous tickets regarding Accession/regen, and here's what I've noticed:
If I use Regen via the AUTO button on the main UI, it will properly cast Regen V from the left side of the enhancing screen, however, it will not use Accession prior to the buff.
If I set Regen as a PL buff on the right side of the screen, it will properly accession and/or perpetuance... but only centered on myself (works perfect for Phalanx, stoneskin, etc)
If I set it as a JA-enhanced PL Buff, I have noticed that cures supercede the AoE combos... CurePlease may pop Accession, followed by a cure on any target (not only high-priority), burning stratagem charges, and drawing more hate... which doesn't matter 99% of the time, but can impact my ability to set more perpetuanced/accessioned buffs.
Also, this may be worth it's own ticket, but I'd love an option to have sublimination supersede whatever refresh a trust is sending out.
