Enable SSL locally, to implement the Coordinates communication

To try the GPS sending feature, we need to serve the site with SSL (browser requirement).

Let's use Localtunnel https://theboroer.github.io/localtunnel-www

Example, we're using Sail on port 80, so we run:

npm install -g localtunnel
lt --port 80

and get the website running there.

• Now, we click the button "Start comm"
• It makes a request for the user to allow to share location
• It gets the coordinates, and makes a request to the server
• We now return a JSON with "hello world" and the payload that was sent.

What's next???

• We must verify coordinates are inside RioGrande, right?

  • How will we do that??
  • Moved to https://github.com/DanielHe4rt/sos-rs/issues/3

• What next? If it's a real request

  • Create an empty "Communication Record", and return a redirect to a signed URL, with a form to fill and submit that "Communication" ??

All this is just a suggestion, feel free to change whatever needed!

That's amazing! Just did the entire process here and it worked like a charm.

I think that now we can start to design the rescue flow somehow. I'll open a new issue for that!
