Changed Pokedex to use a hashmap instead of an array, means much faster lookups.
Changed the exports for Pokemon and Legality to be module import based.
Changed the file types to .ts, added types appropriately
Fixed a bug which existed before in which species names with spaces on the end counted as legal (because of a .trim that I had previously) I don't know how this hadn't been found before.
