No data received in 6 seconds even with --enable-extension-timeline-api flag #49

Provide a description of the buggy behavior observed:

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open chrome with --enable-extension-timeline-api flag
2. Navigate to http://google.com/
3. Click Speed Tracer icon

After 6 seconds the following appears:

No data received in 6 seconds. Chrome must be run with the flag: 
'--enable-extension-timeline-api'.
See getting started for more details.

Give a description of the behavior you expected to see.
Speed Tracer page opens and starts working

The version of Speed Tracer (check the chrome://extensions url)
2.4

The build of Chrome you are using (check the About Chrome dialog)
16.0.912.21 dev-m

Please also provide any exceptions or screenshots that would be pertinent.

This is a duplicate of Issue 43, which just shows you how long it has been an 
issue...

Strange, it's working today and I haven't restarted chrome.
