Settings -> Enabled Objects -> Load From Save not working #72

Have not tested to see if it's because of mods, but the Load From Save option for Enabled Objects produces the following popup, even after following its suggestion:

Willing to provide further testing if desired.

Discovered that this was because Factorio was running when I tried to do it.

If I recall, when importing mods, there's a warning that Factorio must be closed. The above error message almost implies that Factorio should be running - suggest maybe updating the error message?

Actually, take that back, it's a double-whammy... it gives the error immediately, if Factorio is running. Without Factorio running, a progress message shows up first... and then after a few seconds it fails and presents the above error anyway.
