Added lots of detail to the installation instructions for a first-time start.

@DanielNagy You're very welcome. It's the least I could do to support your fantastic work.

One extra things I'd like to add is a table of entities and ranges/values to the ReadMe. Is there an easy way to extract the list of Entities from the code so I can tabulise it please?

Even a simple bullet-point dump here would be fine, then I can format it nicely for the doc.

Thanks. I think given the amount of items available, maybe we wait until we do that until the Intergration is more mature, (oh, and they fix the ble hangup problem)
