Player Manager was filled with various bugs and issues that needed extensive work. The player manager was causing inconsistent round times, broken crown spawn times, and other gamebreaking tendencies.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: 1.Playing the game, simply pushing all other penguins off the level would cause the bug to become evident.

Amongst other things this would cause issues with crown timing, Other bugs produced included penguins retaining their velocity during round change. Penguins energy not being reset and penguins retaining the crown through death.

All of the bugs with the Round Manager have now been fixed with extensive changes to code in various scripts.
