Comment-tag not written to FLAC files

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Prepare to rip a CD to FLAC files
2. Edit metadata and add some text to the Comment-tag
3. Rip the CD to FLAC files
4. Check the newly created FLAC files for their Comment-tags and see that those 
are empty.

How about the reproducibility (always, sometimes, rarely, ...)?
Always.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Comment-tag is always empty, I expect the text that I had entered.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 20121222 (142.2) on Mac OS X 10.8.2

When ripping CDs, I also create AAC files for my iTunes library. The 
Comment-tag is always correct there.

Well, how did you check the comment tag? As far as I've tested with VLC, Jaikoz 
and Picard, it works without problem.

I checked it with a tool called "Tag" under Mac OS X.  Tonight I am going
to re-check it with VLC, I will keep you updated!

Tag.app seems to read/write "DESCRIPTION" field for the comment tag by default 
(you can change this behavior). XLD writes in "COMMENT" field for the comment 
because it is more commonly used.

Where in Tag.app can you change its behavior regarding writing to 
DESCRIPTION/COMMENT field?
