cannot convert cue+flac to aac vbr #155

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open cue + flac 
2. transcode
3. report: Error has ocurred in the decoder

How about the reproducibility (always, sometimes, rarely, ...)?
sometimes

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
mp4 with 4kb size

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
20130127 (142.3) on 10.6.8

Probably your flac is (partially) broken.
