MP2 (MPEG-1 Audio Layer II) support #203

I am nearly done with the work required to add MP2 support as an output format 
to XLD (using LGPL libtwolame). Is this something you would consider merging 
into the master branch, and if so how should I go about submitting the 
patch/pull request?

Well, as long as you are a maintainer you should manage the code in your own 
repository. I'll link to your website when you release the plugin.
