Cue file produces parsing error #205

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open cue file in XLD
2. Receive 'Error Parsing Cue Sheet Message
3.

How about the reproducibility (always, sometimes, rarely, ...)?
Always

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should obtain 12 music files

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
XLD Version 20130720 (144.0)
Mac OS X Version 10.7.5
Please provide any additional information below.
The download contained 2 cue files - both attached.
Can convert the flac file to one m4a file only.

I guess you specify the wrong character encoding. As far as I've tested with 
"Western (ISO Latin-1)" encoding, XLD reads both .cue without problem.
