Rate selection for AIFF conversion #244

There is currently no way to select the rate for AIFF conversions, only bit 
length.  To do this files must be converted to ALAC and then to AIFF.  A direct 
conversion would be great.

This is mainly to support importing into iPhone at 44.1/16.
