"´" in cue sheet TAG stops the literal #245

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.
Create a cue sheet for a file with ´ in its name.
2.
Try to open the cue sheet in XLD.
3.
XLD can't open the cue file at it stops reading the name after the ´ instead 
of after the "

How about the reproducibility (always, sometimes, rarely, ...)?
always

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 20131102 (145.0) on 10.9.2

Please provide any additional information below.
Actually, the cue was created by XLD itself...
