Delete original files doesn't work #249

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Batch > Restrict file to open: cue (sigle file CD ripped)
2. Batch > Delete original file after conversion: yes

How about the reproducibility (always, sometimes, rarely, ...)?

Always

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect the deletion of the 2 file cue+single file (FLAC in this case) after 
conversion

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Version 20131102 on 10.9.2

Please provide any additional information below.

"Delete original files" only works with 1-to-1 file conversions; i.e. it 
doesn't work with cue splitting.

It 'really a pity, or it seems only to me because I did not realize the 
difference between having just one uncompressed file or multiple files?
