Metadata is lost when converting MP3 to AAC

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. XLD settings: MPEG 4-AAC TVBR, Q 90, Enc. quality: Max.
2. Drag MP3 file to XLD
3. Open created M4A file

How about the reproducibility (always, sometimes, rarely, ...)?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 20140504 (147.0), OS X 10.9.4

XLD cannot read ID3v2.4 tag with unsynchronisation.
