Latest upgrade not really working 20141129 #301

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Just try ti rip a CD

How about the reproducibility (always, sometimes, rarely, ...)?
Always

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
rip is stalling

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 20141129, OSX 10.10.1

Having the same issue, random RIP's stall, the LOG output say's in the order of 
10k retry's and jitter errors while the CD is clean and scratch-less.
The resulting audio file play's fine but at the point of the RIP stall will 
output a square-wave until the end of the cd (the audio file has the correct 
length of the CD). tried both XLD secure rip algorithm and de CD paranoia 
algorithm.

P.S. sometimes the RIP continues to the end of the CD with a 0.1x speed. Then 
throughs a bunch of errors in the log but the audio file sounds clean and fine.
The error has now happened with 3 newly wrapped scratch-less CD's.

OS:  OS-X 10.10
