XLD command line can't convert if there is "/ : " in file name #326

The GUI converts perfect, but when using CLI, special characters won't be 
escaped correctly and will report error ( ex. error: cannot write file 
/Users/bill/Music/converted/CD set/CD21/02 Frederick Fennell and the Eastman 
Wind Ensemble - Band music of Union troops 2-10/Twinkling Stars Quickstep.m4).

Please fix this bug if possible. Thanks.
