Converting from Matroska Audio (.mka) files #335

I would love XLD to be able to convert from .mka files. I haven't found any 
apps that suports this conversion on OS X. I have a few .mka container files 
with DTS HD 5.1 and FLAC 2.0 in them and I cannot extract the FLAC portion. VLC 
can play these files, but I'd like to be able to convert and add them to iTunes 
as high res ALAC files.

Currently this happens:
1. Select File/Open, select a Matroska Audio (.mka) file
2. XLD will prompt "choose file to split"
3. Selecting the same file again results in "Error Parsing Cue Sheet"
