Displaying shortcode in cart & checkout #37

Hi, it is possible to display estimated delivery date as on product page but on cart and checkout? I see that plugin by default displays this with each product on cart and checkout products list, but I want to display it once. E.g. before checkout.

Do you want only show before checkout, without show on product, cart, etc?
