I have

O(lambda) = exp(lambda A) B exp(-lambda A)

but actually the formalism works in the more general case where

O(lambda) = T(lambda)^dagger B T(lambda)

and T(lambda) obeys a schrodinger equation with "Hamiltonian" A.
