[FEATURE] Meta Event merge toggle #13

Issue Allow the user to get a quick overview of upcoming meta events instead of having to select a map first.

Describe the solution you'd like Add a button to the top right of the meta event page that merges all meta events into a single page.

I'm starting development on this issue soon, and will be released in version 1.6
