Can't use web-based software #3

Hello professor Simon A. Babayan: Im a student of University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, I have trouble when predicting RNA virus host by using the method developed by Babayan, S. A., Orton, R. J. & Streicker, D. G. Predicting reservoir hosts and arthropod vectors from evolutionary signatures in RNA virus genomes. Science (80-. ). 362, 577 LP – 580 (2018). I find a web based tool https://bioinformatics.cvr.ac.uk/software/viral-host-predictor/ but I can’t open it, could you please give me some help about using this tool?
