Missing ez_setup.py in blist 1.3.5 (on PyPI).

..this is a fairly innocuous description of a bug that is a total blocker for the install process. This changeset fixes a bug that (tiny though it is) completely breaks installation via easy_install/pip for most (if not all) users. Thanks for this fix, @stromnov.

Well, that's embarrassing! I'll put out a new release within a few hours, as well as revise my release process.
