rpcs3-x64.exe Note Working on windows 8 #21

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. rpcs3-x64.exe does not run on Windows 8 x64

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 8 x64

Please provide any additional information below.

I have a problem with rpcs3-x64.exe it was generated with VS 2012 does not run 
on Windows 8, I click on it nothing happens but rpcs3-x86.exe which was also 
built with VS2012 as it works well, why?
I test rpcs3-x64 Windows 7 its work very well, I used this version of dll
