usability enhancemnt: when guiding, can I switch to looping without having to go through Stop? #183

Often when using PHD2, I find I want to stop guiding, then start looping. For
example, I do this every time I move to a different target.

As it is now, you have to hit Stop, wait for the stop to complete (there is a
lag while it waits for the current exposure to complete), then hit Loop.

This is not a big deal, but it would be more convenient if you could simply
click Loop when you were guiding to cause PHD to go back to looping.
