PHD should guide using on-camera ST4 while connected to WDM imager #216

While connecting an imager using its native drivers allows for accessing an 
eventual on-camera ST4 guide port, connecting the same camera using WDM drivers 
makes impossible to use the guide port. As an example, using a QHY5L-IIm camera 
with its native drivers allows for using its guide port, but connecting the 
same camera using WDM drivers makes impossible to select "on-camera" from the 
connection window.
