Mini-brain controls on graph window require very wide graph window #218

The mini-brain controls on the bottom of the graph window require the graph to 
be sized very wide. This is especially true when RA and Dec guide algos are 
chosen having many parameters, like the Hysteresis algo.

For example, when Hysteresis is chosen for both ra and dec, the graph must be 
1165 pixels wide to accommodate all the controls. (see attached screen shot)

Can we improve the layout so the graph window does not need to be so wide?

Maybe 2 rows of controls (algos on the first row and scope controls on the 
second row)?

Or do we need to put the mini-brain controls in a separate window?
