Patch for adding old qhy5 camera to phd2 on linux

Here is a patch I made  for adding old qhy5 camera to phd2 on linux.
Use libusb to communicate with qhy5 directly.
Test on debian wheezy.

The patch looks good to me. I'll commit it shortly. I won't be able to test it 
though since I do not have a QHY 5.
