Drift align tool should disable sticky lock pos #229

If sticky lock position is enabled, the drift align tool should disable it, 
then re-enable it when drift alignment is done.

Sticky lock position interferes with drift alignment since it keeps the lock 
position constant and prevents the user from seeing each new lock position for 
each alt/az adjustment.
