Enhancement request: add more camera details to the guide log #237

Message from Alex:

"Another suggestion would be to log the DEC position, pixel size, focal length, 
sensor size and the like into the PHD guider log header so things like PHDLab 
can pick it up too."

We already log image size (pixels), and pixel scale (arcsec per pixel), but we 
could add:

- Focal length
- camera pixel size
- Declination
- Side of Pier
