Drift align tool should disable subframes when looping during the Adjust step

we recently made some changes for looping to use sub-frames to support slower 
cameras when Enable subframes is selected in the  brain.

however, this has a negative effect on the drift align tool.

during the Adjust phase, we need to see full frames, so the drift tool should 
disable subframes during the Adjust phase

The workaround for now is to disable subframes in the brain before running the 
drift align tool
