Parallel port webcams: need ability to choose non-standard parallel port address #253

Message from Radu:
I have recently switched to a newer laptop for my observations and a SC
modified webcam on parallel port for guiding.
The problem is that only the very old laptops have embedded parallel ports, and
these are getting harder to find and work with.
So my newer laptop unfortunately does not have an embedded port, but I managed
to find an express card with parallel port for it. The OS sees it, but it
assigns automatically a non-standard legacy LPT port address which cannot be
changed and unfortunately PHD Guiding looks only for the standard legacy
addresses like 0x378.
Is it possible to add a support feature to PHD Guiding which would allow the
user to input a different port address for LPT?
