search region square scales incorrectly as image is resized #254

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.start guiding
2.resize the main window smaller

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the images is scaled down to fit the window, but the search region indicator 
(green square) stays a fixed size. It should scale down to represent the true 
size of the search region
