request to allow selecting DSI camera readout mode Fast/Normal

HI guys,
 You  may have seen my post on Stark Group. Here is a synopsis of what  I'm looking for. My DSI 1 color camera that  I was using as a guide camera is now giving me an image of nothing but noise (snow). I've narrowed it down to the fact that  PHD2, PHD  and Nebulosity use the Fast Read Option of the camera during guiding and in Neb during Frame and focus even if the option is un-checked.

Since it is highly unlikely that  fixing the camera is an option, I was 
wondering if you  could add an option to Phd2 that  would allow me to turn the 
fast read option ON and OFF. Since the camera functions proper with the Fast 
Read turned off, I could still use the camera for guiding.

Nor is checking whether cleaning his sensor will fix his problem and make this 
request obsolete. Will update when we hear back from him.

"Good news. The cleaning fixed the DSI. SO there is no big rush to add that 
feature. But it might be helpful to have that  option anyway."
