We need to figure out why we see this on your machine and (apparently) nowhere
else.
Could you run System Information and do File => Save..., and attach the file to
this issue?
Are you able to reproduce this using the simulator, or does it only happen when
your have an actual camera and mount attached?
To try with the simulator select "Simulator" for Camera and "On-camera" for
Mount.
Thanks,
Andy

Thanks a lot andy :
comments :
THat do not happens with simulator (with no guiding)
but the simulator crashes if i engage the guiding check box : only two
frames appears
then all is frozen without an error.
So i have to wait for real star to reproduce (first) the error.
I get back to you asap if the sky allows it...
all the best,
francois

Francois,

I'm looking for clues why this is happening on your system and nowhere else as
far as we know.
Thanks,
Andy

By the way.
I should repeat the bug another time in the exactly same conditions .
You should maybe wait for an update from me to dig on this?
Last time the bug was repeatable, even after a complete relaunch of win 7.
Phd guiding1 was ok.

Hi Andy,
complete desinstall + registry cleaning
and reinstall solved the problem.
Thanks for your hard work.
BY the way, even if phd2 has a lot of functionalities
i find it hard to makes it work than phd one (better RMS with phd 1)
This is really no more "Push here dummy"...
