PHD2 should display the RMS errors somewhere when the graph is off #267

I was playing with higher frame rate guiding, and I turned the graph off to 
speed it up.  I found myself wishing for the RMS values.  Fortunately the data 
is collected, so a quick "graph on/graph off" let me see it.

1.68", btw -- not too bad for a scope piggybacked on a CPC-800...
